Closed 9/08 in a lounge living room setting, complete with soft sounds from a skilled pianist. Tasteful artwork and a soft color palette, with a stunning view of Lake Las Vegas, the mountains, and a perfectly manicured Florentine garden with fountain below. A small bud vase adorns the table, with traditional scones, finger sandwiches, and pastries served on fine Wedgwood china. The staff is eager to please and with a wealth of tea choices a request to sample different teas is "their pleasure". The elegant and stylish RCLL is one of the finest tearooms I have been to.
